Dear Secretary-General of the United Nations,
All philanthropists and humanitarians around the world,

According to the "Universal Declaration of Human Rights" and also the need to unite people in the direction of solving the major problems of human society, we (as the signatories of the petition) request dear Secretary-General of the United Nations;

- To recognize us as the citizens of the world, with the right to unhindered legal travel to all the UN member states, when each of us proves that she/he (based on altruism and selflessness) dedicated her/his life to promote unconditional love and to manifest the oneness of humanity to create a better and more loving world.

- As well as, please support the implementation and development of the humanitarian project of "Global Love Culture" in all the UN member states to provide legal and social frameworks, as much as possible.

Many humanitarian laws and values have been created based on the concepts of "oneness of humanity and global unconditional love", but still these concepts (excluding exceptional items) are just a theory in the broad social and global level.

We have seen many humanitarian individual and social beliefs and movements globally, but it seems that they have been just a theory generally or were as a temporary treatment and painkiller, and in fact could not be a fundamental solution to the enormous problems of human society with an equal view to the whole of humanity based on a global unconditional love.

And at this juncture in history, we need to find the solutions to practical realization of this theory, to we be able to move in the direction of creating a global culture based on a real and deep understanding of the oneness of humanity; and practical love to each other in the form of a global family be part of our daily behavior and lifestyle anywhere in the world.

For this purpose, Roauf Khalil Aqayi planned the neutral (non-political and non-religious) international humanitarian project of "Global Love Culture" in 2013, to promote unconditional love around the world.

And in order to fulfill this project, we want to prove that the oneness of humanity is an undeniable truth, and all of us together can actually take steps in the path of realization of a global common culture based on unconditional love.

Our mission is to discover and encourage world healers, great philanthropists and peace lovers from around the world to cooperate under a unique objective for all of humanity globally, and for the following purposes:

- To promote unconditional love, peace and philanthropy.

- To find the best way to create a global love culture (beyond religions and local cultures, and political and economic systems).

- To formation of a global movement to manifest the global love culture based on pure human values and love, and also based on recognition of divinity of each person in the human society.

- To manifest a better and more loving world based on oneness of humanity.

Now, we need your support to expand a global social movement in the direction of creating a better and more loving world, for the manifestation of oneness of humanity based on a global love culture.

It is noteworthy that, implementation of the humanitarian project was not possible in 2013, due to legal limitations of planner and implementer of the project in Iran, and also after leaving Iran, because of lack of support and new legal and social restrictions by the government in Iraqi Kurdistan in 2014 and 2015.
